What we are providing
NextWave Heating and Air. – 90-Day Limited Repair Warranty
Coverage Term: 90 days from the date of repair
Scope of Coverage:
NextWave Heating and Air ("the Company") provides a limited 90-day warranty for labor and parts associated with the specific repair performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and any parts supplied by the Company for the repair.
Warranty Conditions:
This warranty is valid only for the original customer at the service address listed on the repair invoice. To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
The HVAC system must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The system must not be subjected to improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.
Warranty Exclusions:
This repair warranty does not cover:
Damage or failure caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect of the HVAC system.
Issues unrelated to the specific repair performed by NextWave heating and Air.
Damage resulting from acts of God or nature, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or storms.
Failure caused by pre-existing conditions not addressed during the repair or additional issues that arise from unrelated system components.
Any repairs or adjustments made by individuals or companies other than NextWave Heating and Air. during the warranty period.
Costs associated with diagnostic services or repairs not directly related to the covered repair.
Voiding of Warranty:
This warranty is void if:
The system is subjected to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications are performed by anyone other than NextWave Heating and Air.
Additional repair recommendations made by NextWave Heating and Air. are not completed and contribute to further damage or system failure.
Customer Responsibilities:
To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:
1. Operate and maintain the system as recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Notify NextWave Heating and Air of any issues related to the original repair within the 90-day warranty period.
3. Retain all documentation related to the repair.
Legal Compliance:
This warranty is provided in compliance with California law and does not limit or supersede any legal rights or remedies available to the customer under the California Consumer Protection Act or other applicable state laws.
Coverage Term: 2 years from the date of installation
Scope of Coverage:
NextWave Heating and Air ("the Company") provides a limited 2-year labor warranty for all HVAC equipment installed by our technicians. This warranty covers labor costs for the repair or replacement of any defects in workmanship related to the installation of new equipment. It applies only to the specific equipment installed by NextWave Heating and Air.
Warranty Conditions:
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser at the installation address listed on the invoice. To remain valid, the following conditions must be met:
The system must be properly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and performed by a qualified HVAC professional.
Repairs or adjustments recommended by NextWave Heating and Air must be completed in a timely manner to prevent further damage or complications.
The system must not be subject to neglect, misuse, or improper handling.
Warranty Exclusions:
This labor warranty does not cover:
Any damage or malfunction caused by neglect, failure to perform regular maintenance, or improper maintenance by unauthorized personnel.
Any damage resulting from acts of God, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, fires, storms, or other natural disasters.
Refrigerant leaks or system failures caused by parts or components of the HVAC system not installed or serviced by NextWave Heating and Air.
Damage due to unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than NextWave Heating and Air.
Costs associated with refrigerant, diagnostic testing, or system balancing.
Electrical, plumbing, or structural issues that may affect the system but are not directly related to the HVAC equipment installation.
Voiding of Warranty:
This warranty is void if:
Additional repairs recommended by NextWave Heating and Air are refused, resulting in damage to the system.
The system is subjected to misuse, improper handling, or neglect.
The system is modified, repaired, or adjusted by anyone other than an authorized NextWave Heating and Air technician.
Customer Responsibilities:
To ensure the validity of this warranty, the customer must:
1. Retain all documentation related to installation and maintenance.
2. Schedule and perform routine maintenance by a qualified professional.
3. Address any repair recommendations from NextWave Heating and Air in a timely manner.
Legal Compliance:
This warranty is provided in compliance with California law. It does not limit or supersede any legal rights or remedies provided to the customer under the California Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable state laws.
NextWave Heating and Air 10-Year Workmanship Warranty
At NextWave Heating and Air, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the trust our clients place in us. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty for all equipment installations performed by our team.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies to any workmanship defects related to the installation of HVAC equipment, including but not limited to, air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and associated systems installed by NextWave Heating and Air.
The 10-year period begins on the date of installation as recorded on the original invoice or service agreement.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any installation work that is found to be defective due to faulty workmanship by NextWave Heating and Air, provided the system has been used under normal residential or commercial operating conditions.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover any issues or damages resulting from improper maintenance, neglect, or failure to follow the maintenance recommendations provided by NextWave Heating and Air.
Acts of God or nature, including but not limited to, fire, floods, earthquakes, lightning, storms, or other natural disasters, are not covered by this warranty.
Damage or malfunction due to alterations, misuse, tampering, or modifications of the equipment by anyone other than NextWave Heating and Air will void this warranty.
The warranty will also be voided if the customer refuses to make additional recommended repairs that are necessary for the proper function of the system. This includes but is not limited to necessary component replacements or system upgrades.
Refrigerant leaks and other issues originating from parts or systems not directly installed by NextWave Heating and Air are not covered under this warranty.
Customer Responsibilities:
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the customer must adhere to the regular maintenance schedule recommended by NextWave Heating and Air or the equipment manufacturer. Regular service, including annual system checks, is essential to ensuring optimal system performance.
The customer must promptly report any issues or defects to NextWave Heating and Air as soon as they become aware of them.
The customer must allow NextWave Heating and Air or its authorized representatives to inspect and repair any workmanship defects under this warranty.
California State Laws: This warranty is offered in compliance with all applicable California state laws governing residential and commercial HVAC installations. Any disputes or claims arising from this warranty will be resolved in accordance with California law.
Limitation of Liability:
NextWave Heating and Air liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of labor and materials required to correct any defects in workmanship. In no case shall NextWave Heating and Air be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from any defects in the installed equipment or workmanship.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the installation address as recorded on the service agreement.

Customer’s Right to Cancel –
In accordanc California Cooling-Off Periode with California Civil Code § 1689.6 and CSLB regulations, customers have the right
to cancel any home improvement contract within three (3) business days of signing, without
penalty or obligation. To cancel, the customer must provide a written notice of cancellation

than midnight of the third business day after the agreement was signed. If cancellation is
completed within the allowed time frame, any payments made must be refunded within 10
business days.
